Event Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

Event Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, but may be transferrable to other individuals.  We ask that you treat these tickets to events like tickets to a Baseball Game or Concert.  If you have any questions about this, please contact our office at 773-478-3378, or visit our office at 4314 North Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, IL 60618.

Event Ticket/Wristband/Badge Pickup Policy

Pickup Instructions for Tickets/Wristbands/Badges will be specified in detail for each event ON THE EVENT TICKET PURCHASING PAGE as well as ON THE ONLINE RECEIPT YOU RECEIVE and THE E-MAIL CONFIRMATION YOU RECEIVE.  Festa Parties does NOT SHIP PHYSICAL TICKETS to event participants.  Depending on the event, you will need to do one of the following:

• Pick up your tickets/wristband/badge/t-shirt at the Festa Office, 4314 North Lincoln, Chicago, IL

• Pick up your tickets/wristband/badge/t-shirt at a designated venue during the day of the event, before or during the event, which will be specified per event

You will also receive instructions, varying per event, for establishing permission if you wish to authorize Someone Else Besides Yourself to pick up materials you have ordered and paid for through our Festa Parties Web Site.

What You Receive for Each Event

Depending on the event, you will receive some combination of: Wristband and/or Badge permitting you entry into the venues participating in the event and special pricing deals that you will receive at each venue on beverages and/or food; T-Shirt and/or other souvenir or "swag" materials; printed event schedule and/or other collateral event-related materials.

Office and Venue Pickup Hours

Varying for each event, Festa Parties will clearly announce when ticket pickup days, hours, and locations are for each event.  For TBOX, Festa Parties has extended evening and weekend hours in the weeks preceding the event.  Festa Parties also has limited evening hours preceding BeadQuest, Cover Your Bases, and other events.
